If you are not satisfied with the condition or performance of an item purchased from the Barra Airguns website, you may return it within 30 days from the ship date for a refund or replacement.
To qualify, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Please Contact Us with your order details, reason for the return, and photos of the product and original packaging. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.
Purchased at Walmart or Walmart.com
Walmart does not accept returns on airguns. To show our commitment to customer satisfaction, Barra Airguns will process return requests for these items directly. Please Contact Us with your Walmart receipt, product photos, and the reason for return. We will respond within 72 business hours with a decision on your request.
Purchased from Other Retailers
If you purchased your item from another retailer, please Contact Us with proof of purchase, photos of the product, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, return unused items in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, and manuals included. The product box must be placed inside a separate shipping box to maintain packaging condition. Returns with damaged packaging may incur a restocking fee. Non-defective returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
