009 FAQ

How Do I Operate the Auto 009?

1. Press the magazine release button on the left side to remove the magazine.
2. Use the provided hex key to unscrew the CO2 plug.
3. Add a drop of silicone oil to the tip of the CO2 cylinder, insert it, and screw in the plug until the CO2 is pierced and sealed. Do not overtighten.
4. To load the magazine:
   • Pull the follower down and lock it to the side.
   • Tilt the magazine downward and load up to 18 BBs.
   • Release the follower.
5. Insert the magazine into the pistol until it clicks.
6. Pull the slide back and release it. Your pistol is now ready to fire.
7. The safety switch is located ahead of the trigger.
8. Do not store CO2 in your magazine when you are not using your 009. Leaving your 009 with a cylinder in the magazine will damage your seals and void your warranty. 

How Do I Use the Sights?

Align the front sight within the rear notch, with your target resting on top of the alignment.

• The sights are fixed, so if the point of impact differs from the aim, clean the barrel, adjust the hop up or try switching to a different brand of BBs for better accuracy. A laser sight that mounts to the lower rail can provide another sighting option.

How Do I Field Strip the 009?

1. Remove the magazine.
2. Pull the slide back and lock it in place.
3. Lower the takedown lever, release the slide lock, and push the slide forward to remove it.
4. Remove the recoil spring and barrel.

Note: Disassembling your gun beyond field stripping, removing the barrel for cleaning, and adjusting the hop up is not part of regular maintenance and may void the warranty if parts are broken, damaged, or lost. For questions, contact [email protected].

How Do I Reassemble the 009?

1. Install the barrel and recoil spring.
2. Align the slide with the rails and pull it back.
3. Release the slide and perform a dry fire to ensure proper assembly.

How Do I Adjust the Hop-Up?

1. Field strip your 009.
2. Increase hop up to flatten trajectory at your intended range of shooting.
3. If the gun is shooting upward, reduce the hop-up to flatten the trajectory.

Note: Adjusting the hop-up incorrectly may void the warranty if parts are damaged. Contact [email protected] before attempting this adjustment.

What Should I Do If My Gun Isn’t Shooting Accurately?

• Some 009 pistols may shoot approximately 2 inches low. Unfortunately, there is no built-in way to adjust the elevation.
• Installing a laser sight is the easiest solution for improving accuracy.
• We are aware of this issue and are working to produce a more accurate model, though there is no current timeline for its release.

What Should I Do If My 009 Is Leaking CO2?

1. Add a drop of 100% silicone oil to the tip of your CO2 cartridge.
2. If the issue persists, the magazine may need replacement:
   • Under warranty: Contact Customer Service at [email protected]with the following:
     • Issue description, order number/receipt, photo of the item, serial number, and your mailing address. Specify whether you prefer a replacement or refund.
   • Out of warranty: Replacement magazines are available for purchase on our website.

What If My 009 Full Auto is Faulty?

Contact Customer Service at [email protected] and provide:

• Issue description.
• Order number/receipt (showing date and price).
• Photo of the item and serial number.
• Your mailing address. Specify if you would like a replacement or refund.
